Country Manager Deutschland (alle Menschen)

For our client, we are looking for a highly skilled and well-organized Country Manager to build a commercial team and company presence in the booming commercial and industrial PV market in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the company’s business development strategy, improving the current portfolio and exploring new business opportunities
  • Acquiring/supporting customer acquisition and building lasting relationships (medium-sized and large companies)
  • Conducting important negotiations, supporting the legal department
  • Developing and building an effective sales team
  • Achievement of commercial objectives

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the renewable energy sector
  • Proven success in achieving commercial goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Natural leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team
  • Commitment, independence, good work organization, self-discipline

  • Languages: German as mother tongue, fluent in English
