Private bank – implementation of a comprehensive core banking system

The task

Introduce a new core banking procedure for a private bank and migrate the portfolios to the new procedure.

The solution

Based on the old and the new banking procedure, a migration procedure was designed and developed, the migration was performed and the go-live was initiated.

The bank’s processes were completely restructured and adapted to the new procedure. Training concepts were developed, and the bank’s employees were educated and trained accordingly.

Management and controlling mechanisms were revised, as was the entire reporting system; the corresponding data structures were created and deployed.
